He has brought life vests.
It is on his row-boat.

Anyway like said before, his ship got something to do with some events in February.
either they cant play games give up to easily or they r just tehacers who like things easy and r not willing to put in the time and effort to beat games. i especially hate peple that mod their systems with chips and stuff its soo irritating.
