The City Contest

Two weeks ago, I announced a contest to see which city has the most visitors.
I have decided about it again and it seems unfair for those visitors who live in small cities.
To make it fair, every city will be considered a winner and I will announce the project in a few days.
Every single one of you will have a chance to help, if you want to.
