Club Penguin Tallest Mountain

- Go to the Forest and go for a balloon ride.
- Take the exit when you arrive.
Here is a picture of the tallest mountain for the non-members to see.
i am not a member that means that i can not go to the tallest mountain in club penguin.
How do you access the tallest mountain now that the festival of flight is over. does this mean you cant?
