Club Penguin Holiday Toque Bug

I thought we could receive this item for free. I really hope Club penguin fixes this. I also checked my head items and it wasn’t there. Did this happen to you?
same thing to me its not fair that was the best thing i had for non members 🙁 and the ten smiley emote it probably wont work cause it has to be exactly ten ppl no more no less
