Club Penguin Membership Page Spelling Error
Posted by Puppy paws 3 on January 1, 2011 under Other StuffWhile I was looking around Club Penguin, I realized Club Penguin have a spelling error on the membership page. Club Penguin spelt ”recieve” when it should have been ”receive”. To see their miserable failure, go to their homepage and click on the Memberships icon. There, click on “Card Activation.”
It seems Club Penguin have been so busy they have made spelling errors. Here’s something to think about: if you were a parent, would you pay $57.95 a year on a site that can’t even spell receive right? Tell us all about it in your comments!
the creators are vary mad about this you should stop
Hmm. Does Canada spell it like that? CP company is located in Canada. You know, in Canada you would spell CENTRE but in the U.S. you would spell CENTER. Also, in Canada it would be THEATRE but U.S. THEATER. That might be the case. But, if it was truly a spelling error, you would think that a 400 million dollar (no joke) website would be better than this…
Also, if I were a parent I would investigate the website and people and games online to see if it was worth all that money. I would probably let my child play it since its so educational. (coins is math, read or type in the book room, learn survival skills and think and investigate more in the missions, etc.)
If CP is still around in like 20 years or something, my child is going on that.
Oh yea,

WOW, noat thet bog of a thang. Well from u can see it is if club penguin makes a habit of this parents won’t want to buy memberships, or be able to read how much 2 pay :)lol. So yeah not a big deal now but they might want to use spell check next time
