Club Penguin Rain Clouds Still At The Dojo Courtyard?

I was at the Dojo Courtyard when I saw that the Card Jitsu Water Rain Clouds were still there. Take a look:

I thought that the clouds were suppose to be gone earlier. Card Jitsu Water came out November 24th, thats about 1.5 months. Did Club Penguin forget to update this? What do you think?

    if you see the last last year (2009) you can see that the volcano was at point to explode then it still have fire on it but its a weak fire.
    So you dont think that the storm its there but its weak like the volcano?
    well thats only my opinion if you think something more i listen you

    it is a diffrent rainclowed its stays so the cp waterfall stays watery.

    i dont know why those clouds are still there? mabey they will float over the dojo at the halloween party. and when i played card jitsu water i never saw any dark clouds also solong sukas
