EPF Message From Dot Regarding Newspaper

Elite Penguin Force agents! Dot has sent all the agents a message regarding the newspaper source that revealed the EPF agency. This is the message:

All this mess caused by the Protobots seem really fishy. Rookie apparently let out the protobot. Perhaps Rookie is working behind the scene with Herbert?

    Hi im Peacepen11 and i think it wasn’t Rookie or Herbert or the Protobot but the DIRECTOR! He is very strange and mysterious like he is hiding something. So i think it’s the Director who is working behind the EPF’s back and helping Herbert if you agree SAY I!
