Club Penguin New EPF Message from Herbert

If you check your spy phone on Club Penguin, you will see a new message from Herbert P. Bear.

It reads:

Hello again, Endlessly Pathetic Fools! Figure out what I’m up to yet? Don’t worry, I’m out of popcorn… But I may be ‘bugging’ you again soon.

My guess is something soon there will be another System Defender update with Herbert.
