Further Proof Club Penguin Is Developing A Mobile Game

Yesterday out of boredom I was looking at the Club Penguin job website, and saw some interesting stuff labeled under the Java Programmer Mobile Server job. Take a look:

The main part you want to look at is where it says

Develops, enhances, and maintains Club Penguin virtual world servers, mobile world servers, and all inbound and outbound communication interfaces.

Also take a look at the requirements:

  • iOS, Android, and MMO game experience an asset
  • Development of server-side mobile applications and mobile web applications with limited connectivity an asset.

By the looks of it, this appears to be further proof that Club Penguin is or plans to develop some sort of mobile game. If they weren’t, they wouldn’t have any mobile job openings.

    Cool if they are making a web based server then for ipads it will be good but I here they are making it so html5 can be converted to flash also you can play cp on iswifter credit me maybe do a post.
