Club Penguin Upcoming Item?

If you look at the new login screen design, you should notice something – the penguin appears to be wearing an unreleased shirt. Take a look:

I checked my inventory and past catalogs but haven’t seen it. Do you think this will be an item at the upcoming Music Jam Party?

    this is probably just a decoration for the penguin page not for us though
