Club Penguin Sleet Server Glitching
Posted by Tech163 on November 25, 2011 under UncategoriedAs of writing at 5:12 PM Eastern Standard Time, Club Penguin is experiencing some difficulties on the server Sleet. All other servers seem to be operating properly. Upon logging into the Sleet server, every penguin will appear blue.
There also seems to be a problem with the server clock, as penguins appear to be above 10000+ days old!
In addition to the clothing and age glitch, penguins will appear to have 0 coins. While attempting to call the Club Penguin support hotline earlier, I was greeted with an error message “we are currently experiencing technical issues”. It is rumored that the server has been taken over by hackers, although that has yet to be verified. We will be updating this post as more information becomes available.
Update 5:16 PM EST – The server appears to have only 1 bar, but appears as ‘Full’ if you attempt to join.
Update 5:35 PM EST – The server sleet seems to be working for me now. We have not yet been told what the reason for this issue was. We are waiting for a clarification from the Club Penguin Team (although I highly think they will tell us anything relevant).
Update – The problem has now been resolved, if you did login on during this period, when you login you will see your penguin as blue, but as soon as you log onto a server, you will be normal.

this just happened to me on the server sled i have no items or money and i got a stamp for being 183 days old
dude it has to be hackers! the server sleet is FULL of them!

True True i did not see anything of that but one thing did happen.

yes it is true that many penguins with the beta hat or other rare items have hacked them to get them. there are many hacker downloads such as cp blizzard which help u get items. It is very wrong to use them and many penguins get banned for hacking.
just now logged on sleet… i saw ppl with SUPER rare items AND NOT blue like the rest! think there hackers???

It’s not a glitch someone is hacking into the CP main server or whatever it’s called and is crashing servers. Soon, they’ll get everyone’s log in information and shut down CP forever…
