Club Penguin Behind The Scenes Video: New Party Rooms

Club Penguin has uploaded an all new behind the scenes video to their YouTube Channel! This one focuses on party rooms and briefly takes you through the steps they go through in making party rooms. They are collaborating, sketching, colouring, and releasing it. Here is the official video:
