Head on over to the Pizza Parlour.

Complete it by cracking the lock.

You will then receive a note from Rookie.

    I think Herbert disguised as Rookie because Herbert has Rookie’s Spy Phone.Evidence:Rookie LOVES fish.The message says that fish is digusting and that they should put seaweed instead.Remember Herbert is a vegetarian and he loves seaweed.
