Club Penguin Rookie To Be Visiting This Month (or sometime soon)

Last night when Club Penguin updated, they changed the background Rookie is giving out to an unreleased one. This means he will be on Club Penguin soon in the near future! I think Gary has some sort of Elite Penguin Force mission planned…what do you think?
