On the French Club Penguin Blog, Loustik005 has made a post giving some times you can meet Herbert for his background, stamp, and add him to your buddy list. Be sure to log in to the French servers for these times!

  • Friday, November 16th in the server Yéti at 3:30 AM PST and in the server Mousqueton at 11:00 AM PST.
  • Saturday, November 17th in the server Yéti at 3:30 AM PST and in the server Mousqueton at 9:00 AM PST.
  • Sunday, November 18th in the server Yéti at 3:00 AM PST and in the server Mousqueton at 6:00 AM PST.

    Add two hours to the PST times.
