Rookie Waddling Around Club Penguin!

You may have heard that Rookie is waddling around Club Penguin, and that is true! Rookie was first spotted on Club Penguin yesterday and has been seen multiple times since! Here is a video of him on the island:

Rookie does not have a new background. How unexpected of him to be waddling around! It does make plenty of sense however.
