Second Club Penguin Card-Jitsu Snow Villain Revealed To Be Tank!

Last week we were introduced to the first Card-Jitsu Snow villain, Scrap. Now we have been introduced to the second villain! His name is Tank. He’s tough but isn’t that intelligent. Here he is:
