Club Penguin Times Issue 400

Club Penguin has released a brand new issue of their newspaper. This week brings the issue number to 400. – 400 issues already?! wow I remember when they had under 100 issues!

This week it talks about Four Teams to compete for the Scare Games! – JOX, RNP, PNK and OK

It also talks about the 400th issue of the Club Penguin Times! – Aunt Arctic gave us a note about the 400th edition of the newspaper.
