Herbert’s New Background – Operation: Puffle 2013

Operation: Puffle has begun on Club Penguin today and Herbert, the Island’s resident villain, has used mind-control devices on Puffles so that they dig up coins.

If you’ve met or added Herbert P. Bear, you’ll be able to get his new Playercard Background:
