Club Penguin Community Survey 2015

Polo Field had tweeted a survey that if you are 13 years or older, you can fill in the form. If you are under 13, you need to give your feedback by the blog comments or through Club Penguin Support. The survey has been setup to gather feedback and opinions from the teens and how you feel about different aspects of Disney Club Penguin. Here’s the context overview:
