    Obvisously. Its being quiet because Herbert is planning to ruin the Great Snow Race with one of his malfunctioning plans. I found it on a hidden blog on ClubPenguin called Employee Penguin Only Blog! You get to it via logging on to a mod on beta team the clicking the penguin. Happy77 doesnt have access because she is the Beta Team poster.
