Club Penguin Coins for Change Exclusive Hat

This hat is colored like the world, blue and green, and it also has three buttons. We’ve gotten the photo from a description of the Coins for Change event:
Now if you look closer at the photo itself, you can tell that this is probably going to be a free item that will be given out when the Holiday Party and Coins for Change event occurs:
