Rookie has sent out a brand new EPF message to all agents on Club Penguin.

This one reads:

Gadzooks! There are ghosts everywhere! Alert! What do we do? We didn’t cover ghosts in basic training!

Don’t worry Rookie, there is nothing to worry about!
