Club Penguin Halloween Party 2013 Rookie Meetup Times

For over a year now Club Penguin has had a mascot appear at most if not all parties. At this year’s Halloween Party Rookie will be the mascot waddling around. In this post I am keeping a collection of all meetup times Club Penguin gives out. To see them all, keep reading.

All of these times are PST, which is the time at the Snow Forts. For EST add three hours and for the UK add eight hours. All of the servers are English servers unless said otherwise.

Thursday, October 17th

  • 9:30 AM PST on the server Chinook
