If you are a member, you will be able to access the Box Store. If you buy the portal box from the Box Store, you will be able to enter the Box Dimension.

In the Night Club, you can use the box to teleport to the Pizza Parlor.
The box in the Pizza Parlor will take you back to the Night Club!
