Possible Items For Fall Fair

Today when Club Penguin released the new Fall Fair login screen, something caught my attention. The penguins that are standing in front of the puffle game booth are wearing two different hats that have never been released on Club Penguin before.

One of them is a yellow and red hat just like the purple and blue one from last year and one is a balloon flower hat. I am pretty sure you will see these new items at the Fall Fair.
