If you go to the Town, Dance Lounge, Dance Club, or Beach, you will see decorations. With the Dance Lounge Construction, I have a feeling the Santa Sleigh Ride and Elf Toymaking Room will return. Below are the rooms!

I think those are tubes at the Beach, as shown in the Furniture Catalog.
