Strange Snowball At Mine Shack On Club Penguin?

Today Saraapril pointed out something interesting that I overlooked. If you go to the Mine Shack, there is a random snowball on the tracks.

I can assure you no penguin that was in the room threw it. Could this have to do with Herbert? A new field ops? Maybe something different? What do you think?

    Hmmm, that is werid! Herbet might be blocking the track for the cart to go down, so he can steal the coal for the fires that keep him warm!

    I saw that snowball long time ago, and because I login to popular servers, I believed that was a penguin that twrowed it. But then I saw that the snowball is too round to be twrowed by a penguin…

    I thinked that was a bug, but more close to true is that Herbert will do something in the Mine… Like in the Sneak Peek for May…
