Two weeks have passed since Club Penguin released the Fluffy Pin so it has been taken down and a new pin has been hidden on the island! The new pin is the Stinky Cheese Pin and you can find it on the clock tower at the Snow Forts.
As mentioned in this week’s newspaper, the alien puffles have finally left Club Penguin. That’s right, folks, Operation Crustacean is finally over.
Maybe we’ll see them again some day?
Today issue #537 of the Club Penguin Times was released. This issue’s main article is about the alien puffles departing the island.

This week’s Penguin of the Week has been announced!This time it’s P0wp0w, who was nominated to be Penguin of the Week by Elsagirl500.

As of yesterday the spacecraft’s power supply has been rebuilt! When you sign on to Club Penguin Gary will appear and tell you about it.
You’ll also receive some free items made by Dot.
If you board the spacecraft you’ll see many power fragments being held together with duct tape:
The alien puffles will be blasting off in a few more days, so make sure you adopt one if you haven’t yet!
Today Megg posted a sneak peek of the Fun Hut in Project Super Secret, whatever it is….check it out! I think it looks really great graphically wise. Plus piñatas are cool.

It’s so exciting to be able to share with you details about each project we’re supporting with Coins For Change! This next one should be near and dear to everyone’s hearts – it’s helping endangered penguins around the world with Global Penguin Society. January 20th was Global Penguin Awareness Day – no better time than to tell you about penguins we are helping!
Did you know that penguins don’t live just in Antarctica? All 17 types of penguins live in the Southern Hemisphere except the Galápagos Penguin. Penguin species are found along the coastlines of Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Peru, South Africa and many islands everywhere in between! I had a chance to visit our penguin friends in Argentina. There I met Pablo Garcia Borboroglu a conservationist working hard to help penguins. Reasons some penguin species are endangered is climate change, pollution and loss of nesting grounds where penguins have their babies.
