Pottermore Day 7 Release Time

It’s live! Look at our Day 7 Clue post!

The Pottermore has decided to give us an earlier heads up on Day 7’s release time. It will be released sometime between 12:30am and 3:00am BST on Saturday August 6. Do note that it will be in the evening for those users in the United States, so United States users will be having two different chances for their Friday (August 5).

Please let us know if the Current Time is correct for you. If the current time portion is correct, then the start/ending time is correct is the TIME FOR YOU, not in British Summer Time. There has also been confusions as to what 1:30PM to 4PM (or whatever time) may mean. It means that the clue will be released some point between the two times. It They can choose to release it at 2:00PM, or even 3:45PM. We don’t know the exact time, but we know the general timeframe.

I would like to ask you something about the time… I’m from Uruguay (thats why my english it’s not the best, sorry for that, Spanish is my mother tongue) and I don’t understand how to transform the time from your post to my country… Do you know how? I’m from Montevideo, the capital, if that helps ¿?

  5. Hi, the time works for me, but instead of saying “August 6” it says “August 5”. Oh well, it’s really useful anyway! Thanks so much (:

    • It will be August 5 if you’re in, for example, the US. Day 7 is on August 6, but that is just after midnight on the UK, meaning that the US is still on the evening of the 5th.

    • It is August 5! In the UK it’ll be August 6 but the time difference makes it still August 5 in some places when the clue is released.

    • It is on August 5! In the UK when they release it it’ll be August 6, but in some places it’ll still be August 5. (So It’ll be released later today.) Good luck! 🙂

    • that’s cuz it starts in BST. same for me. I get two chances today! haha. so, for me, pottermore is open at 8:30 PM tonight, Friday, August 5th.

    • lucky you! I slept from 4:30 to 10, and only remembered it now, and thought it was open until 12, but I was wrong and missed it 🙁

  13. Whenever I go to the website it always says “day6 registration is now closed”. So I have no idea what time it opens

    • That is correct. It will be released on August 5 for North America and South America.

  25. The current time for me is correct but it says day 7 will start at 5:30 am but it actually starts at 4:30 pm

    Multiply this number by 7.
    3*7=21

  38. Thanks for all the info and help! I got on just now and was able to sign up myself and my bf. I didn’t have to wait or encounter slow load times, maybe people don’t know it was tonight.
