For Day 6 of the Magic Quill, the Magic Quill will be released between 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM British Standard time. This will be the second to last (out of 7 days) where you will be able to obtain early access to Pottermore.

There has also been confusions as to what 1:30PM to 4PM (or whatever time) may mean. It means that the clue will be released some point between the two times. It They can choose to release it at 2:00PM, or even 3:45PM. We don’t know the exact time, but we know the general timeframe. The time for Day 6 may be a little difficult for some, so you should see Day 7 Release Time as well.

Here is the question for day 5: What is the house number of the Headquarters for The Order of the Phoenix in Grimmauld Place? Multiply this number by 21.

The answer is to the question is 12, and 12 x 21 = 252, so browse to http://quill.pottermore.com/252. To get the quill, on the banner click on the top (shown below), click and get the glowing feather. Afterwards, click on “Now begin your journey”.

The registration process afterwards is pretty much self explanatory. Be sure to activate your account after you register (and use a valid email too). You will receive an email like the following, typically minutes after registration (although it can take longer).

There has also been users asking about being redirected to Sony’s website with regards to the Magic Quill. The magic quill is SUPPOSED to take you to a website, and you are supposed to do some magic on the quill on the page.

In addition, there has been many users talking about how they were unable to get the Magic Quill today. As previously mentioned “not everyone who solved the Day 4 clue was able to find The Magical Quill.” It seems like the Pottermore team purposely made it so some of the solvers could register.
