The Pottermore team has decided to answer two more questions about the Magic Quill, so here they are:

I solved the clue for Day 4 but I couldn’t find The Magical Quill. What happened?

Due to huge demand today, not everyone who solved the Day 4 clue was able to find The Magical Quill. To ensure no one missed out on the chance to register for early access to Pottermore, we decided to direct people who successfully solved the clue straight to the Pottermore registration page, where they were able to register as normal.

I’ve found The Magical Quill more than once. Am I allowed to create multiple early access Pottermore accounts?

No. You may only register for the early access period once. Please refer to the conditions of participation in The Magical Quill promotion Terms & Conditions.

Here is the question for day 4: How many students take part in the Triwizard Tournament during Harry’s fourth year?

The answer is to the question is 112, and 4 x 28 = 112, so browse to http://quill.pottermore.com/112/.

To get the quill, look at the banner at the top of the page. It says find the Magic Quill and the text fades and there is the quills that go by quickly at once and you must click on the sparkly one. Update: They was having problems so they decided to redirect the link to the sign up page.

The registration process afterwards is pretty much self explanatory. Be sure to activate your account after you register (and use a valid email too). You will receive an email like the following, typically minutes after registration (although it can take longer).

There has been lots of question in the comments (and via Twitter) about the release time for Day 4, so I would like to clarify for everyone. According to the previous Q&A, Day 4 will be released tomorrow (August 3) between 2.00pm and 6.00pm BST. Below are the local time for many cities around the world.
